Kelli started her recruiting career at a Fortune 500 company and built her business growing in-house legal departments throughout Silicon Valley. She has since led teams at several domestic and international search firms, and, through that experience, has developed a boutique approach that best serves her clients.
In the fall of 2018, Kelli launched KBF Search in order to bring this boutique approach to legal clients and candidates in the Bay Area and throughout California. KBF Search rebranded and became Consilitas Search in 2021.
